Alyssa M. Johnson, Esq.

Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Alyssa concentrates her legal practice on transactional entertainment matters with a specific focus on negotiating agreements of all types for producers, songwriters, recording artists, podcasters, and other content creators.

Before entering private practice in 2021, Alyssa served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the 21st Judicial District of Tennessee (Williamson County). Her professional experience also includes internships with the Nashville Predators, the Tennessee Volunteer Lawyers and Professionals for the Arts, HarperCollins Publishers, and Music Farm Productions.

Alyssa is originally from Louisville, Kentucky. She currently serves as a member of the Executive Committee for the Entertainment and Sports Law Section of the Tennessee Bar Association. Alyssa also serves the Nashville community as a volunteer at Wags and Walks.
